Local Authority Planning and Listed building consent applications submitted either as part of complete project instruction or as standalone instruction. Including preparation of Heritage statements and for larger projects separate Significance and Impact assessment Reports.
Urgent Works and Repairs Notices
Where enforcement action is proposed to ensure historic property is maintained, Priory Heritage can provide expert advice to owners regarding correct procedure and compliance or to assist Local Authorities with site inspections, defect schedules / specifications enabling lawful issue of the ‘Urgent Works’ and ‘Repairs’ notices.
Grant Works Historic England Heritage Lottery
Priory Heritage provide owners of historic property with assistance and advice in connection with Historic England and Heritage Lottery Fund grant applications. Priory Heritage are RICS Conservation Accredited therefore approved to oversee H.E.and H.L.F. grant assisted restorations.
Church Repairs and QI Inspections
Specialist Quinquennial church inspections when appointed under inspection of churches measure. Church masonry, leadwork, structural carpentry repairs and all restoration projects managed from inception to completion of repair on site.
Listed and Historic Building Surveys
Priory Heritage provide specialist condition reports for existing or prospective owners of historic property. All reports are individually prepared for the specific property and purpose. Reports are not standard house-buyers surveys or valuations and may include timber frame, thatch, stone, wattle + daub and cob advice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
